Ryden dominates Scotland Industrial Agency League Tables

Ryden has once again topped CoStar SPN’s Scotland Industrial Agency league tables and cemented its market leading position with regards to number of disposals, number of instructions and floorspace available. This is the 4th year in a row that the firm has earned a number one spot in CoStar SPN’s tables.
For the period September 2010 – August 2011 CoStar SPN’s research team analysed market activity and found that Ryden completed over 21% of all disposals (167 disposals), more than double that of its nearest competitor which claimed 10%.
As of 24th October, the firm was also leading the way with 338 instructions and over 5m sq ft of industrial space available, equating to a market share of 15% and 14% respectively.
The league table also showed that Ryden let or sold over 1.5m sq ft of industrial space across Scotland during the researched period
