Ryden creates double deal

Two companies from the creative industry have each finalised terms to lease space at 1 Park Terrace, a traditional terraced townhouse in Glasgow. Ryden structured the deals on behalf of client Park Terrace Holdings.
Leading eCommerce and web design agency Radiator has taken the 1,500 sq ft lower ground floor office, whilst existing tenant Park Circus Films, a leading name in the international sale and distribution of classic films, has moved to a larger suite on the ground floor extending to 1,122 sq ft Quoting rental for the building is between £9-11 per sq ft.
Ross Jubin at Ryden noted: “Following these deals we now only have the 676 sq ft second floor and 610 sq ft third floor suites remaining and, based on the interest we have received so far, we are confident that we will secure new occupiers soon.”
