
Ryden and Johnston Waddell retained by Springfield Property Fund

Ryden and Johnston Waddell have been appointed as joint letting agents at 290 Bath Street in Glasgow by new owners Springfield Property Fund.
Springfield purchased the 20,000 sq ft office building from the UNITE Union in June 2011 and has already commenced a full refurbishment programme at the building, including new entrance and ground floor reception, new lighting, new carpets and refurbished toilets and lifts.
A range of office suites from c. 1,000 sq ft upwards are available on flexible lease terms at a rental of £12 per sq ft. 13 secure car parking spaces are also on offer at £2,000 per annum each and there is additional basement storage.
