Ryden provides for Dundee Carers Centre

Ryden, on behalf of Argyll House Ltd, has let the first floor office suite at Argyll House, West Marketgait to Dundee Carers Centre.
The charity, which provides support to the lives of carers, young carers and disabled people, has taken the 406 sq m (4,375 sq ft) refurbished office accommodation on a five-year lease on confidential terms.
Andy Boal noted: “Argyll House is the perfect location for Dundee Carers as it fully meets their requirement for a larger and more modern city centre office with disabled access.”
He added: “Small to medium sized open plan office suites continue to be the city’s most active commercial property market and Argyll House offers a range of suites which are available on flexible terms with attractive incentives for occupiers.”
Approximately 1,579 sq m (17,000 sq ft) of office accommodation is available within Argyll House in suites ranging from 28 sq m (280 sq ft) to 396 sq m (4,263 sq ft) at a quoting rental of £10.00 per sq ft.
