Quartet of lettings at Enterprise Park

Ryden has successfully concluded four new lettings at Enterprise Park Industrial Estate, Old Lane, Moorhouse Avenue, Leeds on behalf of landlord Industrious Asset Management.
The new tenants are Industrial Cleaning Machinery, which specialises in selling, hiring and repairing commercial cleaning machines; fine art company Tomasso Brothers; KTG Distribution, which distributes clothing for charities such as the NSPCC; and a firm that sells engineering parts. The units, extending to a combined total of 6,143 sq ft, have been let on a variety of lease terms, ranging between two to five years, with rents from £3 to £5 per sq ft.
Following the deals only two units from 1,114 – 2,021 sq ft remain available at the 28-unit estate.
