Paint Shed moves to Hamilton Street, Glasgow

Paint Shed, which sells a range of decorating supplies to trade and public, is moving from 502 Calder Street to nearby 52 Hamilton Street in Glasgow. The company decided to relocate to the 2,500 sq ft unit as it is in a more prominent location and has better parking facilities.
Gregor Harive senior surveyor at Ryden who signed the Paint Shed up on a new 15-year FRI lease at £12,500 per annum commented: “We had only been marketing this property on behalf of landlord United Wholesale Estates Limited for a month before we managed to attract interest from the Paint Shed. The speed of the letting shows that for the right product in the right location there is still good levels of demand.”
Paint Shed was unrepresented in the deal.
