
Ryden prescribes the right property

Acting on behalf of Cormac Pension Ltd, Ryden has let Unit 6 Block 10, Clydesmill Grove, Cumbuslang to Sinclair Pharmacy.
The 1,663 sq ft unit has been taken on a new 10 year lease at £11,225 per annum. The pharmacy is relocating from its existing accommodation on Spey Road, Bearsden due to expansion.
Nearby occupiers include ADT, BIFFA and The Original Printing Company.
Ross Jubin, letting agent at Ryden said: “Sinclair Pharmacy intends to use the unit for both office and storage/distribution use. The units 50:50 split between office and warehouse space and the completion of the M74 extension were key factors in leading the firm to take the property.”
Sinclair Pharmacy was unrepresented in the deal.
