Nova PrintFinishers expands into Parkside Industrial Estate, Leeds

Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle have let Unit 5, Parkside Industrial Estate, Glover Way, Leeds to Nova PrintFinishers on behalf of landlord ING Real Estate Investment Management.
The commercial print finishing firm has taken the 5,326 sq ft fully refurbished industrial unit with offices on a five-year FRI lease. A stepped rental rising to £5 per sq ft was agreed. This is the company’s first stand alone premises as expansion required them to relocate from shared premises.
Nova PrintFinishers joins existing tenants Leeds Auto Bodies and AMT Car Leasing (also signed up by Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle) at the 12 unit estate.
Craig Gooddy, Industrial agent at Ryden said: “Parkside Industrial Estate provides good quality modern units and, given the ease of access to the M621 motorway, proximity toLeedscity centre and high eaves height, I’m confident that following the flurry of four occupiers to Parkside within 12 months that we’ll be signing up new tenants for the remaining space, which ranges between 5,263 and 9,846 sq ft, soon.”
Nova PrintFinishers was unrepresented in the deal.
