New tenant set to enhance 46 Gordon Street, Glasgow

Ryden and FG Burnett have let 747 sq ft at 46 Gordon Street, Glasgow to Enhance Hair Solutions Ltd on behalf of landlord Cascade Estates.
The company, specialising in hair loss solutions, has taken the third floor suite on a 10-year lease at a rent of £11,500 per annum, upgrading their accommodation from their existing premises on Sauchiehall Street.
46 Gordon Street is a five storey recently refurbished Grade B office building in a prime city centre location opposite Glasgow Central rail station. Nearby businesses include The Ringmaker and Sk:n.
Ross Jubin at Ryden said: “The smaller end of the office market continues to experience churn, and this deal is an example of such activity.”
Enhance Hair Solutions was unrepresented in the deal.
