Indigo Lighthouse brightens up 225 Bath Street, Glasgow

On behalf of Real Estate Fund Managers PRUPIM, Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle have let 13,279 sq ft at 225 Bath Street in Glasgow to Indigo Lighthouse Group Ltd.

The customer relationship management and distribution company is relocating from 80 Bath Street and has taken the first floor office suite on a five year FRI lease.

Indigo Lighthouse Group joins existing tenants Aecom, Sgurr Energy, Cunningham Lindsey and W A Fairhurst & Partners at the 90,000 sq ft fully refurbished modern office building.

Simon Welch of PRUPIM commented: “We are delighted to have secured such a prestigious tenant as Indigo Lighthouse Group at 225 Bath Street, and we believe this is good news for the tenant and for our investors.  The premises offer highly flexible office space and we were able to satisfy Indigo’s crucial requirement for a dedicated entrance. We only acquired the building in June and this letting is an excellent start to our period of ownership.”

Only one suite of 6,755 sq ft remains available at a quoting rental of £14.50 per sq ft.
