Healthy pipeline of deals at Northpoint

Northpoint at Hillington Park in Glasgow now has 14 occupiers after Ryden signed up Merlin Healthcare, EM Pipeline Solutions and Shaw Pipeline Services at the 27 unit, 85,000 sq ft development.
Ryden negotiated the deals on behalf of landlord Affinity Property Partners LLP, securing all three tenants for units of some 3,000 sq ft.
Other occupiers signed up by Ryden at the 27 unit estate include World Mail, Laserclean, Roman Photography, Red Torpedo, Clydeside Surveys, Late Nite Fun, Cal-due, Mapex, Autograph Signs and Campbell Meyer.
Ross Jubin at Ryden commented: “We are pleased to have achieved this encouraging level of occupancy at Northpoint since its practical completion. It is a quality development and these latest lettings, along with the continuing interest reinforce this.”
The remaining units at Northpoint range from 2,836 sq ft to 9580 sq ft and are to let or for sale.
