
Further letting success at Sugar Bond

Following hot on the heels of the recent announcement of the letting of the 7th floor at Sugar Bond, Leith to Caliber Interactive, Ryden, alongside Montagu Evans and CWPC, has announced the completion of another letting on behalf of landlord Highcross Strategic Advisors Ltd.
Orchard & Shipman Plc, advised by their commercial division, Campsie Property Consultants, has relocated from the adjacent premises and taken the 225 sq m (2,453 sq ft) 3rd floor office suite on a five-year lease with a break at year three.
