Full occupancy at Crigglestone Industrial Estate

Industrious Asset Management’s Crigglestone Industrial Estate, Wakefield is now fully let after Ryden sealed the deal on the final unit with CMS Group.
The bespoke facilities management services company took unit 3 (1,848 sq ft) on a three-year FRI lease at a stepped rental starting at £4 per sq ft. CMS Group joins existing tenants including Ginsters at the 17,049 sq ft eight-unit estate.
Craig Gooddy at Ryden said: “Crigglestone is a highly successful industrial estate providing occupiers with good quality warehouse/industrial space within a secure and self-contained estate. It is also ideally located just off the High Street linking easily to junction 39 of the M1. CMS Group is a welcome addition to the estate and further adds to the existing array of tenants.”
CMS Group was unrepresented in the deal.
