Debt recovery agency expands at Blair Court, Clydebank

On behalf of landlord Adam & Co Ltd Second Property Partnership, joint letting agents Neil Munro and Ryden have announced that Past Due Credit Solutions Ltd has almost doubled its occupancy level at Blair Court, Clydebank Business Park.

The company, one of the fastest growing debt recovery agencies in the UK, has taken units 3 and 4, extending to c.3,761 sq ft, on a new five-year lease at £10 per sq ft.

Commenting on the transaction, Neil Munro of Neil Munro Property Consultancy states: “This is an encouraging letting for not only Blair Court, but the general Clydebank market which has seen increased competition and reduced occupier demand.”

He added: “Past Due Credit Solutions has been operating successfully from Blair Court and following recent landlord improvement works on site, they were encouraged to expand within the development.”

Blair Court comprises seven terraced good quality office buildings situated on the northern side of Clydebank Business Park within an attractive landscaped environment.
