Clyde coastal site comes to the market

Ryden has been instructed by the Administrators of Highmore Homes (North) Ltd to market an attractive site in Gourock with exceptional panoramic views over the Firth of Clyde.
The site is approximately 3 acres and has planning permission in principle for residential development. The whole land holding amounts to 11.64 acres and straddles Cloch Road (A770), including a shingle/foreshore area, and Pritchard Wood, which is protected by a Tree Preservation Order.
The land was previously occupied by Ramada Jarvis Hotel, but following a fire at the hotel several years ago, the site was cleared.
