Bright outlook for Hawthorn Street in Glasgow

On behalf of Autoglass Ltd, Ryden has sold a 5,000 sq ft unit at Hawthorn Street in Glasgow to Bradstone Lighting Limited for £235,000.
Bradstone Lighting, Glasgow’s premier distributor of lamps and associated control gear to trade customers and the general public, is relocating from a nearby estatewhere they had been renting.
Gregor Harvie, senior surveyor at Ryden commented: “Bradstone Lighting’s lease was up at their former premises therefore they decided to see what was available in the market. Autoglass’ former premises were ideal for the company as it presented them with an opportunity to purchase their own accommodation, remain within the area and to move to a unit that had the added benefit of roadside frontage.”
Bradstone Lighting was not represented.
