Baillie Gifford expands into The Cube, Edinburgh

Scotland’s leading independent investment manager Baillie Gifford is to expand into The Cube development at Leith Street in Edinburgh.
Baillie Gifford has signed up with landlord IVG, to take 25,000 sq ft of space over the second and third floors of The Cube.
Baillie Gifford is presently located in the neighbouring Calton Square and is expanding into The Cube, where it will join existing tenant Glenmorangie.
The Cube is now 58% let with the remaining space available including a 5,467 sq ft suite on the 4th floor and 21,648 sq ft on the ground and first floor. It has an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating and a ‘B’ EPC rating.
