Asda expands at Vantage Point, Morley

Asda has signed a new lease at Unit 3 Vantage Point, Howley Park Road East, Morley. Ryden signed up the supermarket on behalf of client ING Real Estate Investment Management.
The deal sees Asda occupy a further 1,300 sq ft of warehouse space at Vantage Point, taking their total accommodation to 50,285 sq ft.
Steven Jones at Ryden said: “Asda's interest in Unit 3 enabled them to expand their ‘Merchandising Centre of Excellence’; a mock-up shop where new store displays and layouts are put to test. Unit 3 was ideal for Asda as it sits adjacent to their existing premises at Vantage Point.”
Asda was self-represented.
