Ryden, on behalf of Teague Homes (UK) Ltd, has let 79a Salamander Street, Leith, Edinburgh to Greig Avinou National Window Cleaning.
Greig Avinou has taken the 4,688 sq ft unit on a new five-year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £34,000 per annum. The premises will serve as the company’s new national headquarters.
Alan Herriot, associate at Ryden commented: “We received a high number of enquiries for this modern prominently situated unit and the headline rental achieved demonstrates that tenants continue to pay market level for high quality premises.”
A spokesperson from Greig Avinou said that they are delighted to have secured such high profile premises in Edinburgh as their national headquarters overseeing operations throughout the UK.
Greig Avinou National Window Cleaning was originally established in Edinburgh 25 years ago and now currently employs over 80 staff throughout a network of regional offices. Clients include Royal Mail, Morrisons Supermarkets and FM Companies.
