Ryden is Glasgow’s Top Office Agent

Ryden is top of the league for its office agency advice in Glasgow providing results for clients in an undoubtedly difficult market.
The latest figures produced by CoStar, the UK’s largest property research company, verify this. CoStar name Ryden as top office agent in Glasgow for number of instructions, number of transactions and floorspace let or sold. In 2008 Ryden outperformed competitors completing 23% of the total number of transactions equating to over a quarter of all the office floorspace taken in the city.
2008 also saw the firm complete the largest single letting and the largest single sale in Glasgow; pre-letting 34,000 sq ft at 2 Cadogan Square to BeCogent and selling the 25,300 sq ft Medius building at Pacific Quay to BiP Solutions.
