Verity House contract awarded

Ryden has secured the contract to become property manager of the newly refurbished Verity House in Haymarket, Edinburgh. The Pension Trust owned 16,912 sq ft office building had undergone internal refurbishment, also provided by Ryden, to create three open plan office suites with improved common areas, a newly configured front entrance and updated mechanical and electrical installations.
The property management contract includes undertaking weekly property inspections and tendering all the contracts for the site including cleaning, M&E, utilities, landscaping and security. Ryden will also prepare the service charge budget and will provide full asset and facilities management advice when the building is occupied.
