On behalf of Landsdowne Holdings Ltd, Ryden has sold Unit 6 Straiton Business Park, Midlothian to Social Care Recruitment and Training Ltd (SCRT) for an undisclosed price.
The two-story open plan office extends 1,851 sq ft and includes seven car parking spaces. SCRT is a Social Care Recruitment & Training business that has recently relocated to Straiton following 20 years in central Edinburgh. SCRT specialises in high quality ‘care at home’ for private clients and on behalf of local councils. It also provides various training courses in social care as well as health & safety through its training division.
