
Two new tenants for Forth Ports

Ryden and King Sturge have successfully secured two lettings in Granton on behalf of Forth Property Developments Ltd.
Slimlite Glazing has taken Units 2 and 7 at Forth Industrial Estate, extending to a total of 10,052 sq ft (934 sq m), on a 5 year lease at £4.00 per sq ft. The expanding firm specialises in the design and production of a new concept in the construction of double glazed units and featured on the television show Grand Designs.
At West Harbour Road, Marshall Autocare has taken Unit 57/1, measuring 4,462 sq ft (414.5 sq m), for an initial period of 1 year, with the option to extend.

The two vacant units extend to 5,000 sq ft at Forth Industrial Estate and 3,735 sq ft at West Harbour Road. The quoting rents are from £3.50 per sq ft, dependant on lease length.
