The Basilica - the right location for Chapter Eight

On behalf of Chapter Eight, Ryden has leased the 11th floor of The Basilica at 2 King Charles Street in Leeds.
The specialist ecommerce agency has taken the 3,130 sq ft Grade A office space on a 10-year FRI lease. A stepped rental rising to £17.00 per sq ft was agreed along with two car parking spaces at £5,000 per annum.
Chapter Eight has chosen to relocate their corporate headquarters due to their recent acquisition of ORCA Websites, which saw their team and client base significantly increase. The central Leeds location will be vital for further growth of their business operations between Yorkshire and their premises in London.
