Sub-letting at Alexandra House, Newbridge

Alexandra Plc, represented by Ryden, has sub-let 3,170 sq ft of combined office and storage space at Alexandra House, 21 Cliftonhall Road, Newbridge to Rentokil Initial Facilities Services.
Prior to Rentokil taking occupation, the suite required refurbishment to bring it up to the tenant’s occupational requirements. Ryden’s Building Consultancy team project managed the £65,000 refurbishment, with input from their Property Management colleagues, who have advised on the management of Alexandra House since 1995.
Iain Taylor, Senior Surveyor at Ryden commented: “We’re delighted to have secured Rentokil as a tenant. In the current economic climate occupiers are increasingly looking for ways to utilise existing accommodation with greater efficiency. This letting was the result of a team based approach at Ryden to secure the interest from Rentokil and deliver a suite refurbished to their requirements."
Following sub-leases to ROK and Rentokil, Alexandra House now has only two suites remaining from 4,000 to 6,500 sq ft which can be refurbished to occupiers required specification.
