Acting on behalf of B. C. Nimmo and G. A. Friar, the Joint Administrators of Manorlane Ltd., Ryden has launched the marketing of two unique residential development opportunities, located in the executive suburb of Newton Mearns.
The sites are part of the exciting Greenlaw Park mixed use development and comprise two separate areas of 10.20 acres and 18.8 acres respectively. Detailed planning consent has been granted for 52 detached units on the former and 110 detached units on the latter.
