
Sengaze Appoints Ryden

Ryden has been instructed by Sengaze Limited to manage three Poundstretcher stores located in Cowdenbeath, Dundee and North Berwick and one Tesco store in Birkenhead.
The four retail units extend to a total of 43,013 sq ft and have a total initial rent roll of £145,550 per annum.
The management contract includes undertaking rent and insurance collections, regular property inspections and ensuring that each tenant meets their lease obligations.
Susan Cameron, Associate at Ryden, said: “We are delighted that following on from our successful letting of the three units to Poundstretcher that Sengaze appointed us to manage this portfolio on their behalf.”
This latest appointment builds on from Ryden’s property management team securing a number of key instructions last year including the management of Cuprum, Glasgow; Catalyst Trade Park, Edinburgh; 30-31 Queen Street, Edinburgh; The Atrium, Perth and Seafield House, Aberdeen.
