Ryden secures Ryman at Nicolson Street

Acting on behalf of the University of Edinburgh, Ryden has let 7-11 Nicolson Street, Edinburgh to office stationery and supplies company Ryman Ltd.
Ryman has taken the 4,118 sq ft retail unit on a ten year lease.
Will Biggart, one of Ryden’s retail experts, commented: “The unit attracted a high level of interest and numerous offers were received at the closing date showing that there is strong demand for the right property in the right location. Securing Ryman as a tenant has been an excellent result for the University.”
