Ryden is Glasgow’s Top Agent

Ryden has been named the Most Active Agent in Glasgow by Estates Gazette following the magazine’s annual deals competition. The win is based on the total number of deals done in the year to September 2010 across all sectors.
The latest league tables produced by CoStar have also confirmed the firm’s leading position in the Glasgow office market. CoStar analysed market activity in the year to September 2010 and the results show that Ryden is the top office agent for number of instructions, number of transactions and floorspace let or sold in Glasgow. Outperforming its competitors, the team completed 46 deals totalling 327,439 sq ft, equivalent to a 16.4% and 17.8% market share respectively.
