Ryden gears up for recovery with appointment of Steven Jones

Ryden has recruited Steven Jones to join the firm’s agency team as a surveyor. The appointment bolsters the firm’s long-term plans for growth and reinforces its desire to offer clients a top quality agency service.
Steven will be based in the firm’s Leeds office and will work across the North of England.
Originally from Leeds, Steven has a 2:1 BSc (Honours) in Property Development from Sheffield Hallam University.
Having worked in the Leeds market since May 2005, Steven has developed an excellent client base and is an established agency surveyor. He has had strong relationships with a number of key clients including Aviva, Places for People, Rushbond, Towngate PLC, St Pauls Street (Investments), Strawson’s, Igloo, F&C Investments, Gladman, PPG Land, Evans Property Group, Sterling Capitol and Yorkcourt Properties.
