Ryden appointed to manage Seafield House

Ryden has been appointed by Mayfield Asset Management, on behalf of the owners, to manage Seafield House, Aberdeen. The building extends to over 200,000 sq ft and is occupied by Shell UK Ltd and Chevron North Sea Ltd.
Ryden will manage the day to day activities, including security, fire systems and heating maintenance. The firm has retained the services of the existing Building Manager and Building Services Supervisor.
