Ryden announces new associate in Leeds

Independent property consultant Ryden has promoted Susan Wharton to associate in recognition of her achievements within the firm’s Property Management team in Leeds.
Susan joined Ryden in 2007 having previously worked at Northern Trust for nearly seven years and Barnfield Construction prior to that. She has extensive experience of managing large portfolios for private investors and developers. Susan has a multi-disciplined background which has been invaluable in raising the standard of commercial property management to what has now been called ‘the Gold Star Standard’ by a leading client, where Susan works closely with their asset managers on a number of property funds.
