
Ryden and WSB Win Highcross Agency Contract

Property consultants Ryden and WSB have been appointed to handle agency services for Highcross’ out of town property portfolio in Leeds.
The firms will deal with lettings at the Sugar Mill and WIRA Business Parks, as well as lease extension negotiations and the retention of existing tenants.
Sugar Mill Business Park underwent a £1m refurbishment in 2009 and provides six buildings, each with flexible accommodation suitable for businesses with two to 200 staff. The scheme is located just 2.5-miles south of Leeds city centre on Dewsbury Road (A653) and offers office and storage accommodation on competitive terms.
WIRA Business Park is well known in north Leeds. The 112,000 sq ft scheme has excellent transport links and offers a similar range of space to its sister scheme with suites from 500 sq ft - 20,000 sq ft. WIRA Business Park is 6.5-miles north-west of Leeds city centre and provides a mixture of office and laboratory space at rents from £10.00 per sq ft.
Both of Highcross' out of town schemes present regional businesses with a combination of flexible business space, free car parking, meeting room facilities and on-site management in locations with easy access to the city centre.
