Ryden ‘Hook’ an Occupier

On behalf of the landlord, Ryden has concluded the letting of 360 Leith Walk, Edinburgh to a private individual (unrepresented) on a new six-year full repairing and insuring lease.
The 1,757 sq ft retail unit achieved a rental of £14.73 per sq ft and will trade as an aquarium.
