Ryden & Carter Towler Finalise Deal with Gent Visick
30 August 2010
On behalf of landlord NBPP, joint agents Ryden and Carter Towler have signed up Gent Visick at Carlton Tower, St Paul’s Street, Leeds.
The Yorkshire industrial property agency (self-represented) has taken approximately 1,250 sq ft of office space on the first floor on a five-year FRI lease. The firm is relocating after outgrowing its previous premises at Park Court.
Gent Visick joins existing tenants including Big Lottery Fund, Addlestone Keane and Browne Smith Baker at the 21,402 sq ft Carlton Tower.
Rupert Visick, Partner at Gent Visick commented: “Our new offices are the perfect solution for expansion, providing us with more space whilst keeping our location in the Park Square area.”
Steven Jones, Office Agency Surveyor at Ryden said: “This letting illustrates that even agents recognise the quality of space and the excellent terms available at Carlton Tower. We welcome Gent Visick to “Surveyors Corner”!”
Andy Brook, Managing Agent at Carlton Tower added: “We’re delighted that an established local business such as Gent Visick has decided to relocate to Carlton Tower. The property occupies a very prominent position on St Paul’s Street in the heart of the professional core of the city and I’m sure that they will operate well from their new premises.”
