Ryden Brokers a Deal at Dalry Road

For Landlord Peatallen, Ryden has concluded the letting of 110A Dalry Road, Edinburgh to Ramsdens (represented by EYCO).
The pawnbroker signed a 10-year full repairing and insuring lease at £18,250 per annum on the 1,573 sq ft unit. This is Ramsdens’ second store in Edinburgh.
Will Biggart, surveyor at Ryden, said: “To secure a national firm with stores throughout the country is an excellent result for Dalry Road and the landlord. This deal continues to show that there is strong demand from multiple retailers for properties located on busy main roads.”

They are performing extremely well in the current retail market and are committed to further growth across the UK. They also have a requirement for another store within Edinburgh City centre by the end of 2010.”
