Rapid First Letting at Houstoun Interchange

On behalf of Errigal Developments Ltd, Ryden and John Britton Associates have signed up WFS Technologies Ltd as the first tenant at Houstoun Interchange Business Park in Livingston, within only two weeks of the company viewing the premises.
WFS Technologies, the world's leading developer of through-water and through-ground wireless radio frequency (RF) technology for communication, navigation and power transfer has taken building 7, measuring 3,646 sq ft on a five-year full repairing and insuring lease. The rent was undisclosed.
Iain Taylor, senior surveyor at Ryden, said: “We are pleased to welcome WFS Technologies as the first tenant to Houstoun Interchange Business Park and look forward to welcoming further occupiers in the near future. The timescale of just two weeks from undertaking the initial viewing to the date of entry was certainly aggressive, but it is a credit to all involved that we were able to meet WFS’ requirements.”
