Norwegian Consulate on the Move in Edinburgh

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Knowe Properties Ltd, Ryden has secured The Royal Norwegian Consulate General as a tenant at 12 Rutland Square, Edinburgh.
Relocating from George Street, The Norwegian Consulate has taken a 10-year lease on the 1,586 sq ft ground floor accommodation at a rent of £23,000 per annum.
Iain Taylor, Senior Surveyor at letting agent Ryden, commented: "Despite facing a difficult economic climate, this letting is evidence that the right product offered at the right price will continue to secure good quality tenants”.
The Norwegian Consulate was self-represented in the deal.
