New retailer steps into Howard Street

On behalf of the landlord, Ryden has concluded the letting of 11 Howard Street, Edinburgh to Lo Base Shoes Ltd on a new five-year full repairing and insuring lease.
The 213 sq m (2,297 sq ft) ground and basement retail unit has been taken at a rental of £13,500 for years one and two and £14,000 for years three to five.
Lo Base Shoes is a specialist shop providing a wide range of men’s activity shoes from sizes 10 to 22.
Nearby occupiers include Royal Bank of Scotland, Face & Body Therapy, Second Edition and Circle Café.
