For landlord Peatallan plc, Ryden has concluded the letting of 109/110 St John’s Road, Edinburgh to a private investor (unrepresented) on a new 25-year full repairing and insuring lease.
The 652 sq ft retail unit, formerly Bubbles Bathrooms, achieved a rental of £24.62 per sq ft and is to become a convenience store. Other retailers nearby include Happit, Subway, Salon Nouveau and El Cibio Café.
