Natuzzi Furnishes New Store in Glasgow

Ryden, on behalf of MacAllister Furnishings Ltd (t/a Natuzzi), has acquired the ground floor of 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, which is owned by clients of LaSalle Investment Management.
The retailer has taken the 4,964 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease. This will be Natuzzi’s first stand alone franchise store in Scotland, although the brand currently operates a concession store within House of Fraser in Glasgow. Natuzzi are an Italian furniture retailer with stores in 123 countries outside Italy.
John Conroy, retail partner at Ryden, said: “We are delighted to have secured representation for MacAllister Furnishings Ltd in such a prominent location in Glasgow and we are keen to use this as a springboard for other stores in Scotland for the Natuzzi brand.”
