Letting at Ibrox Business Park

On behalf of Hire Station, Ryden has successfully agreed a new sub-lease for Unit 1, Rosebury Court, Ibrox Business Park, Glasgow to Barnbury Enterprises Limited.
The space extends 451 sq m (4,850 sq ft) and was taken on a six year term at the current passing rental of £26,170 per annum / £5.40 per sq ft. The letting was concluded within three months of the property being placed on the market.
