Letting at Clifton Moor Industrial Estate

Acting on behalf of clients of Protego, Ryden has let Unit 67A on Audax Road at Clifton Moor Industrial Estate.
Toolstation, which supplies a wide range of tools, fixings, plumbing and electrical equipment to the trade and public, has taken the 4,713 sq ft unit on a ten year lease. The rent was undisclosed.
The firm joins other nearby tenants including Travis Perkins and Jewsons at the 400,000 sq ft estate.
