Famous confectioner Lees of Scotland has re-appointed Ryden as its dedicated adviser for rating work.
Ryden acted for Lees at the last rating revaluation and achieved substantial savings in their rates liability for their bespoke 80,000 sq ft factory in Coatbridge. Ryden also assists Lees with valuation and rent review advice.
Brian Ronnie of Ryden said: “We made significant savings for Lees at the last revaluation through understanding exactly how their facility operates and knowing the rating system inside out. We look forward to advising them this year and beyond.”
