
Kingston Unity and Ryden join forces

Kingston Unity Friendly Society has appointed Ryden as their property advisors. The appointment covers the asset management of Kingston Unity’s portfolio of thirteen, predominantly retail, properties located throughout Yorkshire.
Tenants include Clark’s shoes, Yorkshire Building Society, Gregg’s and the Bank of Scotland.
Matthew Edwards, Regional Managing Partner of Ryden Leeds commented: “I am delighted that we have been appointed by Kingston Unity. Despite the current challenging market conditions, the property portfolio is fully occupied and continues to perform well.
