
Healthy Demand for City Quay

Ryden, on behalf of City Capital Quay Ltd, is pleased to announce three lettings at the refurbished City Quay development, situated around Victoria Dock, Dundee.
Existing tenant City Quay Dental Practice has taken unit 24A, providing the state-of-the-art mixed NHS and cosmetic dental practice with approximately 1,700 sq ft of additional surgery space, taking their total accommodation to 4,700 sq ft. The practise has registered 10,000 new patients since it first opened its doors in October 2007, and demand for spaces remains high. The new unit has been taken on a 20-year lease.
Personal training and weight management specialist, Good Health and Fitness, agreed a new 10-year lease on the 1,900 sq ft unit 8.
Both of the above lettings achieved headline rentals of £12.50 per sq ft.
Unit 9A, extending to 1,142 sq ft, was taken on a 10-year lease by Search Consultancy Ltd. The premises provide Search, one of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment companies, with modern city centre office accommodation.
