Forth Ports Appoints Ryden and King Sturge

Forth Ports plc has appointed Ryden and King Sturge as joint letting agents for their vacant industrial units at West Harbour Road, Forth Industrial Estate, Granton, Edinburgh and for surplus land at Britannia Quay, near Ocean Terminal.

A total of 22,750 sq ft of good quality industrial accommodation is available at Forth Industrial Estate. Units range in size from 3,500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and are available on an immediate entry basis.  In order to attract tenants rents are being offered from £3.50 per sq ft which is significantly below the true market value.   Existing tenants include Datasafe Storage, Tower Productions and D. Blake & Co.

The surplus land at Britannia Quay, earmarked for future development by Forth Ports, is available in plots from 1 to 4 acres for the short to medium term for open storage purposes. The rent is £25,000 per acre per annum. 

Forth Ports has also instructed Ryden to solely market surplus open storage land at Grangemouth Docks.  Plots from 1 to 4 acres are available at a rental of £18,000 per acre per annum.
