Acting on behalf of CB Richard Ellis Investors, Ryden has acquired the heritable interest in a retail investment at 327-329 Byres Road, Glasgow for the purchase price of £930,000.
The property is let to TUI UK Retail Limited t/a First Choice, with the lease expiring in November 2014.
