Epilepsy Scotland Moves into Orchard Brae House, Edinburgh

24 May 2010

Paradigm Real Estate Managers has announced that it has signed up Epilepsy Scotland as the latest tenant at Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh.

The charity, which is relocating from the West End, campaigns for improved healthcare and better information for the 40,000 people who have epilepsy in Scotland and has taken the 1,715 sq ft suite on a six year lease. Rents from £12.00 per sq ft are sought at Orchard Brae House.

Mike Dillon at Paradigm REM comments: “Orchard Brae House provides contemporary open plan accommodation close to the city centre at rents less than Leith or West Edinburgh’s business parks. We offer flexible packages, tailored to meet the requirements of an occupier. Moreover, following a recent upgrade of the common parts, the office space within the property is being refurbished on a rolling programme, thus presenting some of the best value office space on offer in Edinburgh.”

Allana Parker at Epilepsy Scotland said: “This is a perfect office building for us because it offers easy access and flexible space. We hold everything from training events and youth activities to family support and holistic therapies. We know our members will enjoy visiting these multi-purpose premises.”

Suites from 1,000 sq ft up to an entire floor of 15,000 sq ft, with generous car parking, remain available.

Letting agents for Paradigm REM are Mark Jones at DTZ and Mike Irvine at Montagu Evans, and Hamish Sutherland at Ryden is acting as letting consultant to Paradigm REM.
