Elektronik letting at 180 St Vincent Street

Europe’s leading specialist in semiconductor distribution, EBV Elektronik GmbH & Co, has leased the first floor of 180 St Vincent Street in Glasgow. The deal was structured by Ryden on behalf of client MWM Property.
EBV Elektronik has taken the 1,900 sq ft office suite on a 10-year FRI lease at a rental of £21.50 per sq ft.
